Meet the Team
Nicolas
Better known as "Nicolas Pettigrew" at the course has been in the yard for over 20 years. He began as a groom and work rider. Over the years he has proven himself as a very value member of the team and represents the stable as an assistant. He goes racing very often and takes the duties of saddling and taking care of the horses if Stuart is not able to attend. "A-la-la"
Andy Rivas
Andy has been a fundamental part of the stable for the last 17 years. He began his own practice in 1988 and currently runs a multi-farrier practice in the Johannesburg area, where they predominantly shoe race horses and as a team have probably shod every Grade 1 race on offer in the country. We are proud to have them part of the team and thank them for their loyalty and service over the years.
